There are two ways to Log in to the Mobox platform
1: Using an Email and Password
2: Using a Wallet
Note:
❌ By logging in with an email and password account, a SMS will be required.
✅ By logging in with a wallet (the wallet login method), NO SMS will be required.
If you have issues receiving SMS, then you may want to change your account.
Steps to change the account
1. Login with Email and Password.
Click to be redirected to login page
Or use the Mobox Wallet App
2. Unbind the Wallet
Next to the wallet you will see the button "Unbind".
3. Log off the account.
4. Log in with the wallet.

Important: After logging in with a Wallet instead of Email and Password, a new Box Wallet (Internal Mobox Wallet) will be generated because of being a new account.
A ticket to the support team has to be sent so they can help to withdraw the funds from the first Box Wallet (email and password) to the new one without the SMS.
